Hollywood Swagger recently caught up with the sexy Swedish bombshell Linda Bente to discuss her modeling work, venture from Sweden, and upcoming projects. Check out everything Linda had to say below-
HS: Linda first and foremost please tell our readers a little about yourself.
Linda: Well, I’m a little Swedish girl, a romantic creature that followed her dreams and than ended up here in “LALA Land.” My name is Linda Bente, but I’m also known as Willjamy. I’m a model, actress, “show girl”, and also a personal assistant for musicians and other people in the entertainment business… mostly when their on tour. My motto in life is “make fantasy become reality” and try to not think to much!
HS: Where did you grow up and how long have you lived in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area?
Linda: I grew up in Helsingborg, it’s a sea side city in south Sweden. It’s a really beautiful city, but I just couldn’t stand being there any longer. After I lived there I mostly was in Copenhagen Denmark… that city is all about Rock n Roll. Now in recent years I’ve built many roots in London, which I’m still very much in love with.. sooo if America turns me down than you definitely will find me there in the Metal bars or “bloody” awesome fetish clubs of London.
As for LA, this is my second time living here and I’ve been living here this time around for 3 months. I love the city and of course I hope to stay for much longer!
HS: You’re back in LA for the second time so obviously you enjoy the city, what aspects of this area do you enjoy most?
Linda: Well this is a city full of life, dreams, and energy. You can find or do whatever you are searching for (lol). It’s everything you want it to be, The lovely creatures here are different from every other place I’ve been to. It’s the LA vibe, with a pinch of insanity… in a good way. The one minus here is that there could be too much stress. People need to remember to relax, take a day off and just breath. Live in the moment without the “have to” in your mind… there is always a rainbow somewhere.
HS: How long have you been modeling, and how did you get started?
Linda: I got my first real modeling job when I was 16. I never really dreamed of being a model, it just happened and I jumped in, liked it and was pretty good doing it!
HS: What has been your most memorable shoot or project that you’ve worked on thus far? And why?
Linda: Probably one of the funniest things and also most uncomfortable learning lesson for myself was a TV show that was recorded in Marbella Spain. It was an insane and funny test for myself to live completely locked up in a big house with about 30 of the craziest girls out there… especially since about 85% of my friends are boys!!
HS: What does a normal day consist of for you?
Linda: If i don’t have a shoot, a normal LA day right now starts pretty much at my pool or sweating at the gym with orgasmic death metal in my ears. As they say, “getting ready for the beach season” haha! I also need to work out a lot because of all the love for vegan cookies I have. After that I act something like a “house wife” for my 3 pussycats and honey bunny (lol). Then I usually head out for more coffee and cookies and probably end up at a show or two.
HS: What do you like to do in your leisure time for fun?
Linda: Same as above, just throw in more cakes, clubbing, and a lot of hanging around with friend and awesome people…and loads sweet of loving.
HS: Any upcoming projects or plans that your fans should look out for?
Linda: Later this year I’m gonna start shooting a new movie, which is going to be really dark and “in you face”. It’s going to be shot in London, LA and Tokyo.. really looking forward for that!!! Well hopefully I get my pretty ass out all over here in Los angeles. Right now I’m looking for a good model agency or a nice work contract so I can stay here and live happily ever after (lol). I don’t think I’m ever going to get tired of watching the sunset over downtown, and I’m not giving up my dream of a castle in the hollywood hills!!
HS: Do you have any advice for young up and coming models?
Linda: Never let go of your dreams, don’t think twice, don’t let people judge you, just go… and in your own way. Modeling is not about perfect”Barbie beauties”, its about the beauty in the expression, and the passion in your eyes.
