Hollywood Swagger recently caught up with Amelia Favela. Check out her exclusive pictures and interview below.
HS: First and foremost please tell our readers a little about yourself.
Amelia: Hello Viewers, at 24 years young I am pursuing my dreams in becoming a well established Actress/Model. I am currently a student at Cal-State University Northridge studying Broadcast Journalism, so hosting is right up my alley as well 
I am very passionate about what I do and plan on going very far. One of the reasons I am drawn to the entertainment industry is because I feel through my credibility it will be easier to obtain my long term goals, which are to establish foundations that will benefit the less fortunate, such as abused children, animals, and the elderly. (I am a Huge ANIMAL LOVER)
HS: Where did you grow up and how long have you lived in the area?
Amelia: My hometown is the one and only El Monte aka “Friendly El Monte”. If you haven’t heard of it, I’m sure someone you know has.
HS: What do you enjoy most about living in this area?
Amelia: The people, everybody knows everybody and always keeps it cool.
HS: What are your goals and aspirations?
Amelia: As mentioned earlier, my long-term goals are to establish foundations for the less fortunate. As for my immediate goals, I would say getting my name out and having stability with my career. I would love to share with the world my love for Acting and Modeling.
HS: What gives you your “Swagger” and makes you different than everyone else?
Amelia: Not to sound narcissistic, but simply being ME. If you’ve met me, you know I have a personality type of my own; and if your from El Monte, you know they called me “Charms” back in the day for a reason.
HS: What has been your favorite and/or most interesting project that you’ve worked on so far? And why?
Amelia: The most recent project I’ve done was the Baby Bash/Mr. Capone /Mann’s new music video. It was my first time doing that type of project and had a lot of fun!
HS: What does a normal day consist of for you?
Amelia: Everyday for me offers something different. I am a very spontaneous person who has no problem changing up my day last minute, but the basics that always seem to be within a day would be the gym, eating a delicious dinner from somewhere I probably haven’t been before, and a lot of laughs between me and whomever I’m with at the time.
HS: What do you like to do in your leisure time for fun?
Amelia: A lot of things; I am an outdoor kind of girl, so if it is a beautiful day, you can probably find me having a picnic, playing catch, or going on a hike. For those indoor days, I love watching movies, (mostly classics, watching the greats is like doing homework), baking pastries, reading (mental stimulation is a must), and I’ve recently taken up the piano, so sometimes catching a note or two.
